A walk in a waterfall wonderland
The famous Waterfalls Trail has some of the most spectacular waterfall and woodland scenery in the North of England. The trail is 4.5 miles/8 kilometres through ancient oak woodland and magnificent Dales scenery via a series of spectacular waterfalls and geological features. With rare and interesting plants and animals and its importance as a geological site much of the Waterfalls Trail has been designated as a Site of Special Scientific Interest (SSSI) by Natural England. The Falls Café
The Falls Café, situated at the entrance, is the perfect stop, either before or after the trail. It opens daily, serving a wide range of freshly prepared meals and refreshments in a friendly, informal atmosphere. With an outdoor terrace and children’s play area, it’s ideal for everyone, including young families. Toilet facilities.
The Falls Refreshment Centre
Halfway round the trail, the Falls Refreshment Centre at Beezley offers a place to rest and enjoy stunning views of Ingleborough. Drinks and snacks available. Seasonal opening times. Open school holidays & weekends all year round.
