The Bayle Museum was once the entrance to Bridlington Priory. The Bayle is a Grade I Listed Building and Scheduled Ancient Monument which makes it of great interest historically and architecturally.
The Museum incorporates collections with interactive games, listening posts, CD ROMs, and life-size figures to interpret the social history of Bridlington.
The Museum, less than a mile inland from Bridlington seafront, can be found close by the Priory Church in the Old Town of Bridlington.
We are open from Easter until the end of October with FREE on street parking.
Monday to Friday and select weekends (see website for details)
PLEASE NOTE ACCESS TO THE GATEHOUSE IS VIA A SPIRAL STAIRCASE. People with mobility problems are advised to telephone for more details.
